Provider Relationships
Porta-Potty.ca connects you with independent service providers. The contractual relationship for portable sanitation rental is between you and the provider. We are not responsible for the quality, timeliness, or condition of services provided by third-party providers.
Limitation of Liability
Porta-Potty.ca provides its marketplace platform on an “as-is” basis. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or services arranged through it.
